Arrival and departure

Check-in: on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m.

• When arriving during the weekend, you will pay a surcharge of €71.
• If you want to check in earlier of leave later you can apply for this on additional costs.
• If you expect to arrive after 5:00 p.m., please contact us in advance by calling 0521-361573.

WiFi

All accommodations have free wireless internet.

Pets

Pets are allowed at some of our holiday villas.  Surcharge per pet: € 10,00 per day. Up to two pets are allowed per holiday accommodation.

Payment options

You can pay at our reception desk using PIN or credit card.

Made beds

The beds are made by default at Water Resort Bodelaeke. This allows your holiday to start right away when you arrive.

Keys

Upon arrival at the park, you will receive a key to the accommodation. We kindly ask you to return it when you leave.

Rental

We rent out (electric) bicycles and sloops to complete your stay. No sloops are rented out between November and March.  Check under extras for all of the options you can include in your booking with us.
